Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python OR equivalent experience
• Experience with generative AI
• Experience with distributed computing

• Experience in leading technical projects
• Supporting architectural decisions with data

What the job involves

• Actively contribute to the development of AI models for innovative products
• Handle model architecture, data curation, training, inference infrastructures, evaluation protocols, alignment and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF)
• Work on GPU clusters to maintain the reliability, runtime performance, and health of nodes in a supercomputer
• Instrument state-of-the-art tools and techniques for AI job operations
• Influence roadmap of software and hardware components
