Who you are

• Experience with M&A project planning and execution with a global project team
• Experience with Physical Security, Product Security, resilience, and Industrial security

Desirables

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC
• Knowledge of various cybersecurity practices
• Understanding of key cybersecurity concepts and practices
• Ability to interact with a broad group of stakeholders
• Independently carrying out project assignments
• Leading complex security or IT integration activities, particularly during M&A activities
• Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Work under minimal supervision

• Ensure the seamless integration of security controls across functions, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization
• Identify and prioritize risk mitigation and remediation strategies during M&A activities
• Contribute to comprehensive project plans, including timelines, execution and risk migration strategies, and milestones for M&A integration
