What the job involves

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations domain, ensuring successful project outcomes for our clients.
  • Perform the full sales lifecycle including: prospecting, lead qualification, initial contact, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, handling objections, closing, follow-up, and post-sale support to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Maintain and cultivate client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of D365 solutions to potential clients.
  • Assess customer needs and accurately scope and estimate the effort required.
  • Utilize prospecting skills to identify clients and generate new revenue. This includes networking with former partners and contacts, conducting industry research, mining social media, and applying technology and solution-oriented product knowledge to identify strategic sales opportunities and generate new business.
  • Use client, prospect, and partner feedback to implement a strategy to expand product opportunities within the current sales base. Maximize the total value of solutions sold through deeper penetration of existing sales, actively using all appropriate resources to win additional business.
  • Conduct opportunity assessments of the client base to understand client needs and develop in-depth sales plans proactively.
  • Present proposals to corporate decision-makers for renewal and new business.
  • Record sales activity in CRM, participate in weekly sales meetings, and provide reporting.
  • Ability to position Microsoft D365 advantages versus competitive platforms.
