We are currently looking for a Senior Dynamics Consultant - Functional to work as part of the Professional Services team for our Tribal Dynamics product. 


The roleWe are recruiting for motivated and committed professionals to join our consultancy and implementation teams in UK.
The role of the Professional Services Consultant is to enable our Dynamics customers to maximise the benefit they get from our systems through the delivery of effective technical consultancy services and support, with a specialism in Microsoft Dynamics.
You will provide an excellent service to customers developing deep understanding of their technical requirements, carrying out all aspects of the technical implementation.
This role is primarily home based with occasional travel to client sites – Tribal offices and being actively involved in all aspects of Tribal’s implementation lifecycle and post-implementation consultancy, working alongside a team of talented professional and technical services colleagues.

The personYou will ideally have strong experience of either working with or implementing MS Dynamics CRM, preferably certifiedAn understanding of Tribal products within the Higher Education sector would be advantageous.You will be a confident communicator who is comfortable dealing with people at all levels of an organisation, and a first-class problem-solver with a professional, pro-active and customer-focused approach.You will be experienced in testing and documenting your own deliverables and will ideally have knowledge of a commonly utilised project management methodology.Other key attributes that we look for in our consultants include the ability to understand our client's business processes and align the product and/or processes to provide a user centric solution, experience of testing and documenting deliverables, knowledge of a commonly utilised project management methodology, commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.
