What the job involves

Manage Microsoft Enterprise customers, offer quotes, provide true-up support, consult on licensing, pricing, and concessions, and identify service opportunities.
Maintain existing business, generate additional sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
