Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft software licensing, demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Licensing programs, tools, and platforms, with expertise in handling Volume Licensing transactions.
Day to day
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience by ensuring clients obtain the appropriate licenses under the correct agreements, collaborating with sales teams, and providing accurate licensing guidance and pricing information.
- Manage Microsoft Enterprise customers, offer quotes, provide true-up support, consult on licensing, pricing, and concessions, and identify service opportunities.
- Maintain existing business, generate additional sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
