Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or commensurate experience)
  • 3 - 5 years experience in UCaaS and CCaaS solutions
  • Experience in communication and collaboration solutions, preferably with Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or CCaaS Solutions
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing policies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Calling features and capabilities, such as Operator Connect, Direct Routing, Calling Plan, Audio Conferencing, and Teams Devices
  • Knowledge of communication and collaboration technologies and protocols, such as SIP, VoIP, PSTN, SBC, CCaaS, and QoS
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Licensing certifications are strongly preferred.



What the job involves

  • The Microsoft Sales Engineer designs and implements cloud-based communication solutions using Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, SIP Solutions, and CCaaS Solutions.
  • They work with clients, partners, and internal teams to understand the business requirements, challenges, and goals of the communication scenarios, and provide the best cloud solutions.
  • They analyze and evaluate current communication infrastructure and processes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • The engineer develops and tests cloud solutions using all available platforms, ensuring the quality, performance, security, and reliability of the solutions.
  • They provide guidance and support for the adoption and change management of Cloud Voice Solutions and stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • The role involves producing Statements of Work (SOWs) for calling solutions, detailing the scope, timeline, and budget for contact center implementations.
