Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2–5 years in IT administration identity management or security operations
  • Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory
  • Experience with Conditional Access MFA RBAC and hybrid identity using Entra Connect
  • Knowledge of SAML OAuth 2.0 OIDC Kerberos and LDAP
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Purview including sensitivity labels DLP retention or eDiscovery
  • Comfort supporting Intune and Defender XDR
  • Basic PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
  • Strong troubleshooting skills attention to detail and clear communication
  • Embraces emerging technologies including AI tools

Day to day

  • Deliver hands-on Microsoft security engagements for clients across small businesses to large enterprises
  • Design and implement identity and access solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity
  • Configure and support data protection and compliance controls in Microsoft Purview with additional work in Intune and Defender XDR
