Role
Who you are
- 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent
- Proven experience as a systems performance/site reliability or DevOps engineer
- Develop software using Python or any scripting programming language
- Experience of working with NoSQL databases, such as Cassandra or Redis
- Experience with orchestration tools e.g. Chef and/or Ansible
What the job involves
- You will be working with python code bases involving complex threat detection algorithms in an ultra-high traffic environment
- You would be reading complex code and troubleshooting it and providing solutions
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex production issues in a distributed environment, performing system programming/automation, defining requirements as part of the product lifecycle, participating in on-call rotations, and working with Dev and Quality Assurance teams to create more robust solutions, code improvement, and stability
