Who you are

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong track record of achieving targets & quota achievement in 2 of the last 3 years.
  • Experience in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals.
  • Outstanding presentation negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with key Sales tools such as Salesforce Outreach and Clari.

What the job involves

  • Directly drive top-line revenue growth through new Mid Market customer acquisitions and strategies to penetrate top-tier accounts.
  • Proactively identify and cross-sell additional products and services to optimize account revenue and profitability.
  • Manage key customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Zendesk products and align them with clients’ business objectives.
  • Lead complex sales cycles including proof of concept stages and close deals using a consultative approach.
