Who you are
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong track record of achieving targets & quota achievement in 2 of the last 3 years.
Experience in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals.
Outstanding presentation negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with key Sales tools such as Salesforce Outreach and Clari.

What the job involves
Directly drive top-line revenue growth through new Mid Market customer acquisitions and strategies to penetrate top-tier accounts.
Proactively identify and cross-sell additional products and services to optimize account revenue and profitability.
Manage key customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Zendesk products and align them with clients’ business objectives.
Lead complex sales cycles including proof of concept stages and close deals using a consultative approach.
