Remote Mid-Market District Manager Job in UK ADP

Who you are

• Minimum 5 years sales experience of a service-based offering (process and solution) -- technology or HR related
• At least 2 years of field sales experience with a full UK Driving license
• Self-generate net new business opportunities from various channels and drive the sales cycle to close with a structured approach
• Experience meeting or exceeding annual quotas of £3-400k
• Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals of £20k plus annual revenue with mid-market companies (300+ employees)
• A minimum A level education with a preferred degree level qualification or equivalent

What the job involves

• Handle sales for ADP's UK Payroll and HR solutions targeting new customers with 300 to 1000 employees
• Manage sales cycles that last 3-5 months and involve negotiations with up to 3/4 people depending on the prospect
• Create business plans within team frameworks, conduct meetings/demos, and work with pre-sales to develop solutions to fit prospect needs
