Remote Middle Product Designer Job in London, UK Noda

Who you are

• 3+ years of commercial experience in digital product design at product-based companies
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems
• Keen eye for current visual design trends and the ability to apply them to our products
• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, including User-Centered Design (UCD), Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD), and other key concepts
• Ability to work at a fast pace and switch between different tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, etc
• English level B2 or higher
• Experience in fintech products is a significant plus

What the job involves

• Design comprehensive user scenarios by identifying user needs and developing effective solutions
• Create and refine design concepts for our products, working closely with product and tech teams to drive innovation
• Conduct and actively participate in user experience research to gather insights and guide design decisions
• Maintain and improve our design system following industry best practices
• Develop clear and concise product specifications that detail functionality, design, and user experience requirements
