What the job involves

• Help customers migrate to Azul technology
• Support development of project plans and risk management strategies
• Enable assessments of existing systems using AMT and document findings
• Support migration strategies with playbooks for smooth transitions
• Share best practices for post-migration testing
• Maintain accurate information in Jira and updated project boards
• Provide training and support to Certified Migration Advisory Partners
• Develop comprehensive Migration Advisory content and partner programs
• Collaborate across departments to transition new customers and provide updates
• Act as a technical advisor during troubleshooting sessions
