Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Robotics Electrical Engineering or related technical field plus 4+ years of experience
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science Robotics Electrical Engineering or related technical field plus 2+ years of experience

Day to day
- Translate ambiguous business problems into machine learning workflows including exploratory data analysis deep learning model development batch inference metric computation and embedded deployment.
- Build the foundation of Torc's AI development tooling by independently developing data science models or algorithms using disciplined software development processes and strong version control.
- Partner with Data Ops and stakeholders to define ingestion data preparation curation and governance for large complex datasets while leading projects and guiding less experienced team members.
- Develop guidelines and standards for analytics and machine learning models deployment and associated processes and communicate insights in a customer centric way.
