Who you are

• Deep domain knowledge in Natural Language Processing especially entity recognition tasks
• Extensive experience in designing implementing and maintaining production-ready ML code
• Past experience leading end-to-end NLP features from problem formulation to quality assurance
• Adaptability to shift focus based on new findings in academic or startup environments
• Ability to learn implement and extend state-of-the-art research quickly
• Experience in policy product and engineering collaboration

What the job involves

• Design, develop and maintain ML code for products centered around LLM safety and privacy
• Ensure seamless integrations with customers’ AI workflows through rigorous testing
• Implement novel techniques to deliver top-performing models enabling customers to deploy safe and responsible LLMs
• Collaborate with policy product and engineering teams to ship features
• Lead vertical for safety guardrails and oversee product feature delivery
