Who you are
- Possess deep knowledge of digital accessibility regulations (Section 508 ADA) and web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Must have 5+ years experience in mobile application development and testing as well as in supporting cloud-hosted services
- Should have 3+ years in producing training content and in production support operations including triage and analysis.
What the job involves
- Conduct research to develop new and improved processes for delivering services
- Communicate and support integration and implementation patterns and procedures for mobile platforms within the enterprise
- Design and plan workflow processes to ensure efficient and excellent customer service delivery
- Monitor and optimize mobile performance metrics using both automation and manual processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the mobile domain to maintain operational excellence.
