- Hold Domestic & Commercial Gas ACS quals
- Demonstrate basic tech competency
- Possess a full driving licence
- Understand Health, Safety, and environmental legislation
- Have the ability to work at heights
- Exhibit good communication skills
- Available for emergency call outs on a rota basis
Day to day
- Undertake planned & reactive maintenance tasks
- Order supplier parts and manage van stock
- Participate in out of hours call out rota
- Provide recommendations to rectify faults
- Estimate labor and material requirements
