- GCSEs in Mathematics and English and relevant certifications
- Clean UK driving licence
- Physically fit for required tasks
- Ability to travel extensively and work on customer sites
- Participation in on-call roster, overtime, nights, and weekends

- F-Gas 2079 certification
- Electrical and mechanical certificates
Day to day
- Work remotely covering Beds/Herts area
- Maintenance and repair of Thermo King Refrigeration equipment on distribution vehicles
- Installation, servicing, and repair of transport refrigeration units
- Optimizing van stock for efficient service delivery
- Liaising with central control and service centre for job coordination
