- Holds a Universal EPA 608 Certification with minimum four years experience in building engineering
- Possesses strong technical skills in HVAC plumbing and electrical system repairs
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license and able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb 30 ft ladders
- Available for on call duties and overtime as required
