Remote Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Engineer Job in Washington, DC JLL

Who you are

• Possess a Universal EPA 608 Certification
• Minimum of four years technical experience in HVAC plumbing and electrical maintenance
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb 30 ft ladders
• Capability to perform on-call duties and overtime as necessary

Desirables

• MEP/HVAC system knowledge
• CMMS technology experience
• Commercial facilities experience

What the job involves

• Operate inspect and maintain all HVAC mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
• Conduct regular facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client operations
• Respond effectively to all emergencies
• Maintain compliance with State County or City ordinances and laws
• Attend training seminars and support after-hours activities as required
