Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or 2 years technical support or engineering experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years in IT Security or Presales roles
- Prior exposure to PACS technologies such as RFID and associated hardware
- Strong experience in IT Security Networking Mobile Applications and SaaS Cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux enterprise IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with integration methods such as RESTful APIs and SDKs
- Understanding of IAM concepts including LDAP SAML OAuth and OIDC
- Knowledge of mobile and wireless protocols including BLE NFC UWB and LTE 5G
- Awareness of cryptography PKI and logical access solutions
- Network protocol knowledge including SSL TLS VPN RADIUS and SFTP
- Understanding of network security including firewalls DMZ and VPN

Day to day
- Partner with Sales to qualify positions and demonstrate HID Mobile Access solutions during the sales cycle
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor in customer workshops by addressing objections and shaping solution design
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and deliver compelling demos presentations and training
- Support integration conversations across APIs IAM frameworks enterprise infrastructure and PACS protocols while providing field feedback to Product Management
