• Experience in the mortgage industry essential and within New Build desirable
• Proficiency in mortgage software and tools
• Experience with MAB and Midas Pro ideal
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Relevant Cempap or equivalent qualifications required
• English Language & Maths GCSE >5

What the job involves

• Providing mortgage advice and assisting clients in finding the right mortgage products
• Evaluating clients' financial situations and analyzing mortgage options
• Guiding clients through the mortgage application process and ensuring compliance within industry regulations
• Nurturing relationships with Builder partners and establishing/maintaining relationships with lenders
• Working independently and meeting deadlines while receiving majority commission
