Who you are

• A positive self-starter attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced low-ego environment
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps including Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and XD
• Motion graphic and video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products with excellent visual communication skills
• Expertise in graphic design and motion graphics with strong typography color theory and composition skills
• Proven ability to adapt design styles and apply branded style guides with consistency while ensuring sound pre-press production
• Able to manage multiple projects meeting all deadlines with exceptional attention to detail

• 3D and animation design
• Experience with Wix Studio Editor X Asana and Campaign Monitor

What the job involves

• Create compelling graphic design and motion graphics that captivate and engage audiences
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop innovative designs for a range of digital platforms
• Create high-quality and compelling designs for various media including web and mobile apps, large-format graphics and traditional print materials
• Package and prepare files for release to printers, maintaining production files including fonts images and logos
• Execute complex design and communication strategies and craft dynamic deliverables for digital, interactive, social and live event projects
• Understand and serve client business needs while collaborating with cross-departmental teams
• Prioritize work to meet tight timelines, communicating design strategy and rationale effectively
