Who you are

• At least 5 years of experience in motor engineering and damage assessment.
• IAEA or ATA VDA qualified, with additional motor repair industry qualifications preferred.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills essential.
• Effective communication skills and a good understanding of the motor insurance industry.

What the job involves

• Assess and authorize vehicle damage assessments using industry-standard systems like Audatex.
• Produce accurate repair estimates for a range of vehicle makes and types.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes with customers and vehicle repairers.
• Provide technical support and training to team members within the motor engineering department.
• Engage in technical analytics services, including audits and compliance reviews.
