- IAEA or ATA VDA qualified, with additional motor repair industry qualifications preferred.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills essential.

Day to day
- Assess and authorize vehicle damage assessments using industry-standard systems like Audatex.
- Produce accurate repair estimates for a range of vehicle makes and types.
- Negotiate and resolve disputes with customers and vehicle repairers.
- Provide technical support and training to team members within the motor engineering department.
- Engage in technical analytics services, including audits and compliance reviews.
