Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in power distribution testing and commissioning
- Ability to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations
- Ability to perform protection relay programming
- Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail
- Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution
- Leadership skills and desire to coach and develop others
- Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region

Day to day
- Lead installation, commissioning, testing, and fault finding for Eaton-manufactured MV and HV equipment across diverse customer sites
- Act as the primary customer contact during project execution, providing clear communication and professional service
- Support and mentor other service engineers while collaborating with project management to deliver targets and improve satisfaction
