Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in sales operations account management sales support or similar role
- Prior experience supporting Walmart account required
- Experience with SAP Retail Link Luminate Retail Link Analytics Suite Item 360 Nova SQEP
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven track record of multitasking in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter disciplined solution-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills across different levels and departments
- Bi-weekly visits to Walmart office in Bentonville AR
- At minimum quarterly travel to New Jersey North American HQ Office

Day to day
- Directly support Walmart and Sam’s Club through hands-on sales operations and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive operational excellence by improving execution accuracy, issue resolution speed, and internal alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer teams.
- Manage weekly CPFR rhythms, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that strengthen forecasting, replenishment, promotions, and overall customer performance.
