Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in sales operations account management sales support or similar role
- Prior experience supporting Walmart account
- Required experience with SAP Retail Link Luminate Item 360 Nova and SQEP
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills across functions and levels
- Bi-weekly visits to Walmart office in Bentonville AR
- Quarterly travel to New Jersey HQ

Day to day
- Serve as the key operational link between Sales Operations Supply Chain Finance Order Processing and Walmart/Sam’s Club teams
- Lead CPFR meetings and resolve issues in real time to improve execution accuracy forecast alignment and replenishment performance
- Build dashboards track KPIs and drive scalable process improvements that strengthen internal alignment and support sales growth
