Requirements
- Strong practical experience on Low Voltage and High Voltage electricity distribution networks
- Sound knowledge of network construction work processes materials and IDNO and DNO interface arrangements
- Good understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act the Electricity at Work Regulations and Distribution Safety Rules
- Proven commitment to health safety and compliance in an electricity construction environment
- Confident IT skills in MS Word Excel and Outlook and commercial in house systems
- HNC level qualification demonstrating electrical technical understanding
- Operational experience on licensed electricity networks at 11kV minimum
- Held authorisation as a Senior Authorised Person

Day to day
- Oversee the operation and control of electricity distribution networks at LV and HV level
- Lead rapid responses to supply interruptions and coordinate restoration actions with customers emergency services contractors and ICPs
- Manage planned and emergency network activities while ensuring safe compliant and accurately recorded operations
- Investigate voltage and quality of supply issues and support commercial technical and regulatory processes
