Requirements
- PhD or M.S in molecular biology genetics or related majors
- Experience in high-throughput sequencing preferred
- Outstanding listening verbal and written English communication skills
- Proactive with pioneering spirit

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Business trips required
Day to day
- Provide technical support within the Project Management team and collaborate closely with sales and other business sectors to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
- Communicate promptly with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and offer tailored solutions and experimental design when required.
- Analyse potential customer groups gather relevant customer information and contribute to market feedback product competition review and scientific research analysis.
