  • Passionate about immigration advocacy and human rights with a desire to assist asylum seekers.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines effectively and work independently.
  • Familiar with word processing and spreadsheet applications.

What the job involves

  • Assist staff in client meetings and intake interviews.
  • Draft and edit legal documents and case summaries for asylum seekers.
  • Manage updates and maintain databases.
  • Monitor news and conduct country condition research.
  • If applicable interpret and deliver other specially assigned tasks.
