- Extensive experience in a technical leadership role in at least one of the observability pillars (Logs, Metrics, APM, Synthetic Monitoring, or Profiling)
- Worked as an architect or technical lead on large projects involving over 100 engineers for multiple years and releases
- Experience using or managing the Elastic Stack
