- Worked as an architect or technical lead on large projects with 100+ engineers over multiple years.
- High autonomy.
- Experience with the Elastic Stack.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Written skills crucial for working with distributed teams.
