Requirements

  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant ACCA CIMA ACA or equivalent or qualified by experience
  • Previous experience managing small business accounts
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Kashflow Xero or similar accounting package
  • Understanding of multi-currency reconciliations exchange rates and withholding tax
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload and deliver accurate timely reporting
  • Strong communication skills for non-financial colleagues

Day to day

  • Manage the day-to-day finance function for a small independent television distribution business.
  • Prepare accurate management accounts, statutory accounts support, and financial reporting for producers and management.
  • Handle sales invoicing, purchase invoices, credit control, bank reconciliations, royalties, budgeting, forecasting, and liaison with auditors.
