Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business engineering or a similar discipline or related work experience
- 5+ years of work experience in NERC compliance and the electric regulatory industry
- Familiarity with NERC O&P and CIP Reliability Standards and Requirements
- Knowledge of ERCOT and CAISO plus CPUC and PUCT
- Experience leading mentoring or managing compliance professionals is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Able to thrive in a remote environment

Day to day
- Develop and continuously improve the Operational Compliance Program with a strong focus on NERC Operations and Planning requirements for Generator Owner assets.
- Oversee auditable compliance processes across NERC O&P, NERC CIP Low Impact, and ISO requirements for CAISO and ERCOT.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, implement controls, prepare filings, and maintain reliable evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
