  • Experience engaging with regulatory or quasi-governmental bodies

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and jurisdictions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Comfortable working across compliance operations and client-facing functions
  • Working knowledge of UK disclosure regimes DBS Disclosure Scotland and AccessNI
  • Understanding of role eligibility identity verification and disclosure handling
  • Ability to apply UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 rules to criminal-record data
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support drafting summarizing and workflow improvement

Day to day

  • Translate legal and regulatory requirements into reliable operational privacy processes
  • Manage subprocessor compliance and client privacy communications with accuracy and urgency

  • Support audits documentation reporting and cross-functional coordination across privacy and operations
