Who you are

• 2+ years of experience in a large-scale production environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant work experience
• Able to work effectively with local and remote teams
• Must work with a distributed team across time zones
• Professional teamwork with worldwide cross-functional groups
• Attention to detail, timely decision making, and task prioritization
• Self-learning in a fast-paced environment
• General understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Experience with infrastructure tools (Linux, Windows, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with git-backed source-code repositories (Bitbucket, Gitlab)
• Experience with CICD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Common scripting languages (Go, Bash, Powershell, Python, Groovy)
• Artifacts management tools (Jfrog Artifactory, Nexus)

What the job involves

• Help service partners with build and test tooling issues
• Provide best practices guidance to developers on build tools
• Troubleshoot issues with software pipelines, infrastructure, and other internal platform services
• Collaborate with CICD teams to resolve pain points and emerging issues
• Own documentation for developers related to CICD build tools
• Develop, implement, and streamline CICD workflows
• Resolve escalated issues and integration problems in delivery pipelines
• Assist in incident RCAs to prevent recurring incidents
• Provide guidance for service validation after maintenances
