- Solid project management experience in the HVAC engineering industry including budgeting and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems in industrial and commercial settings.
- Experience with contract management and Health & Safety regulations including CDM Regulations and P&ID schematics understanding.

What the job involves
- Lead all aspects of the execution phase of projects from sales handover to completion.
- Oversee delivery of YORK products and externally supplied items within budget and on time.
- Develop and build relationships with customers consultants and subcontractors to uphold ethical standards and laws.
- Attend project meetings to analyze progress and audit compliance with engineer’s contracts and standards.
