- Proven consulting experience within a Consulting Firm Systems Integrator Oracle Partner or Advisory Organisation
- Extensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementation experience across GL AP AR FA Cash Management Expenses Procurement and Financial Reporting
- Strong Oracle EPM Cloud Advisory experience
- Experience leading full project lifecycles and managing consulting teams
- Strong client-facing workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing teams of 20+ people
- Commercial awareness with support for sales and business development
- Ability to engage with Finance Directors CFOs and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
