Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Database Management including single-instance upgrades
- Experience installing and maintaining software on Solaris Linux or Windows Server
- Experience deploying Apache Tomcat-based web applications
- Strong customer communication skills via video telephone and email
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues using STATSPACK and OCI Analytics
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Ivanti
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK

Day to day
- Support Oracle database and application environments for a large customer base across public sector and other organisations
- Install software updates and perform technology upgrades while diagnosing and resolving database, web, and application issues
- Monitor performance and backup metrics, collaborate with IT teams, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes
