Who you are

  • Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud including HR Helpdesk module
  • Experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely with our Cloud community
  • Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability

Desirables

  • Experience with Core HR, Absence, HR Helpdesk modules
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM products (E-Business Suite)


What the job involves

  • Provide day to day application support for a variety of clients.
  • Provide training and coaching for other colleagues.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities via demos.
  • Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients.
  • Effectively work with end-users remotely.
