Who you are

• Technical interface to customers, OEMs, and VARs to resolve installation, maintenance and usage problems
• Understand all Oracle products in competencies and possess in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms
• Highly experienced in multiple platforms and able to complete duties with minimal direction from management
• Independent problem-solving and solution development for customer issues

What the job involves

• Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for customer needs
• Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, and address technical questions for Electronic Support Services
• Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
