Requirements
- Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant experience
- At least three payroll implementations delivered
- Ideally two UK Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations
- Strong understanding of payroll configuration and wider HCM and ERP design
- Experience with pensions auto enrolment RTI and UK legislation
- Ability to own Fast Formula element design calculation cards and payroll process flows
- Experience with LGPS TPS or other local government schemes is valuable
- Experience leading payroll parallel runs and supporting data migration discussions

Day to day
- Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions across UK public and private sector clients
- Lead workshops and guide customers through payroll design decisions from discovery to go live
- Own Fast Formula element design calculation cards and payroll process flows with minimal direction
