Day to day
- Conduct outbound calls to web enquiries and existing database leads to generate interest and qualify opportunities
- Build rapport quickly with prospective clients and assess their needs with confidence
- Recommend suitable A&K products and hand over qualified leads to specialist consultants for conversion
- Support sales consultants by setting appointments, maintaining journey notes, and contributing to outbound campaigns
- Carry out customer retention calls and keep systems accurately updated with booking information
