  • 5+ years of digital marketing management experience with agency experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel digital campaigns including paid media SEO analytics reporting and website CMS work
  • Experience with paid media strategy campaign setup optimization budget pacing and performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals website CMS updates dashboarding reporting and digital performance measurement
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights recommendations and client-ready reporting materials
  • Strong writing and communication skills attention to detail professional attitude and teamwork mindset
  • Ability to work at a fast pace learn quickly manage details thoroughly and adapt to change
  • Experience presenting reporting campaign performance and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

Day to day

  • Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid media SEO email website CMS analytics reporting and marketing technology
  • Develop digital strategies for clients recommend channel mix identify growth opportunities and build campaign roadmaps aligned to business goals
  • Analyze performance data troubleshoot issues optimize campaigns and translate digital activity into clear client insights and recommendations
  • Support client calls reporting conversations and cross-functional collaboration with account managers project managers creative web development and MarTech teams
