Requirements

  • Experience with Oracle Compensation & Benefits module
  • Strong experience configuring salary structures incentive programs and compensation cycles
  • Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans
  • Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profiles
  • Proficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader HDL HCM Extracts BI Publisher and OTBI
  • Understanding of integration with Payroll Core HR and Absence Management
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC for third-party system integration is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years UK residency

Day to day

  • Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits solutions for complex public-sector needs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement salary structures bonus plans benefits programs and incentive compensation.
  • Support system enhancements integrations and reporting using Oracle HCM tools and related cloud technologies.
