Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Compensation & Benefits module
- Strong experience configuring salary structures incentive programs and compensation cycles
- Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans
- Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profiles
- Proficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader HDL HCM Extracts BI Publisher and OTBI
- Understanding of integration with Payroll Core HR and Absence Management
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC for third-party system integration is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years UK residency

Day to day
- Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits solutions for complex public-sector needs.
- Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement salary structures bonus plans benefits programs and incentive compensation.
- Support system enhancements integrations and reporting using Oracle HCM tools and related cloud technologies.
