Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience planning and executing paid media campaigns with a strong track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across search social and display
SaaS and/or startup experience is highly desirable
Skilled in designing and executing experiments to drive growth
Proven ability to meet performance metrics such as CPA ROAS and LTV
Proficient with Google Suite strong Excel skills and proficiency in SQL
Experience with scripts Google Tag Manager & GA4 preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
What the job involves
Oversee the entire ad creation process from creative brainstorming and audience targeting to agency direction and campaign launch
Monitor spend and performance to ensure ROAS goals are met and leads convert efficiently throughout the customer journey
Collaborate with Product Engineering and Analytics teams to design and execute tests that attract the right customers and boost revenue
Work closely with Analytics to ensure paid media attribution aligns with best practices and accurately captures all ad-sourced conversions
Develop creative solutions act quickly and confidently present to internal stakeholders to inform decisions and prioritize resources
Report on paid media progress and ensure clear and effective communication of paid media insights challenges and successes
