Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience planning and executing paid media campaigns with a strong track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across search social and display
  • SaaS and/or startup experience is highly desirable
  • Skilled in designing and executing experiments to drive growth
  • Proven ability to meet performance metrics such as CPA ROAS and LTV
  • Proficient with Google Suite strong Excel skills and proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with scripts Google Tag Manager & GA4 preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment



What the job involves

  • Oversee the entire ad creation process from creative brainstorming and audience targeting to agency direction and campaign launch
  • Monitor spend and performance to ensure ROAS goals are met and leads convert efficiently throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Analytics teams to design and execute tests that attract the right customers and boost revenue
  • Work closely with Analytics to ensure paid media attribution aligns with best practices and accurately captures all ad-sourced conversions
  • Develop creative solutions act quickly and confidently present to internal stakeholders to inform decisions and prioritize resources
  • Report on paid media progress and ensure clear and effective communication of paid media insights challenges and successes
