- 3+ years of hands-on paid social buying experience with strong Meta campaign management
- Demonstrated experience managing significant DTC media budgets and hitting CPA or ROAS targets
- Deep understanding of Meta campaign structures auction dynamics bid strategies and ad formats
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into optimization actions
- Experience with structured creative testing frameworks and creative performance analysis
- Comfortable working across platform-reported metrics and MTA or third-party attribution tools
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
