Requirements

Produce impactful content for paid social media channels including Meta TikTok YouTube and Snap
Convey compelling messages in under 20 seconds aligning with our brand voice and style
Understand each platform’s audience algorithm and trends
Communicate effectively with a Gen Z audience and reflect current US culture and humour
Own the complete content creation process with attention to detail and rapid iteration
Use data and intuition to inform creative strategies and optimise performance
Manage multiple videos efficiently with excellent organisational skills
Collaborate effectively with remote teams and have regular check-ins with the UK Marketing team

Day to day

Help us launch the Breakroom Quiz in the United States by creating high-performing paid social media content for Meta Tiktok YouTube and Snap
Be the face of Breakroom in the US leveraging our UK success in the American market
Produce impactful content for paid social media channels that drive conversions for the lowest cost
Own the complete content creation process from scripting and shooting to editing and optimisation
Communicate effectively with a Gen Z audience
Stay up-to-date with US culture trends and news
