  • Familiarity with tracking infrastructure including pixels conversion events and troubleshooting discrepancies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote cross-functional environment
  • Self-starter highly organized proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced evolving media landscape

  • Lead the strategy planning execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple owned and operated media brands and platforms
  • Develop scalable audience acquisition retention and engagement approaches across Meta TikTok YouTube and emerging channels
  • Partner with Creative Production Editorial Account Management Ad Operations and Media Planning teams to create high-performing ad creative and translate performance data into actionable insights
