What the job involves
Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to execute the company’s performance marketing strategy across multiple countries including UK EU & DE
Setup and execute retargeting and prospecting paid social ads across Meta and TikTok to maximise ROAS and customer acquisition
Continuous optimisation of bid strategies placement types and ad formats across the right demographics (age groups locations etc)
Roll out and manage TikTok shop activity in the UK and selected European countries
Work with the eCommerce team to improve user experience and maximise conversion rates
Undertake daily performance analysis and report back to the Head of Growth Marketing and Product Marketing Manager on overall performance and trends
In collaboration with the team drive creative development and optimisation for paid social activations and ensure channel best practices are kept when creating paid social assets
Monitor feeds UTM tracking pixels and CAPI integrations to ensure reporting and audience builds are as accurate as possible across regions
Pull and pivot datasets to analyse paid social channel performance by region fit for weekly trade reports
Own the paid social testing roadmap to improve sales and ROAS
