Day to day

  • Support the KAYAK-OpenTable legal team in daily activities involving corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
  • Manage a portfolio of domestic and international trademarks and patents.
  • Assist in litigation efforts and respond to various legal requests.
  • Draft legal documents and organize essential corporate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks including travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
